How do returns work?

You may do returns within 7 days from the arrival of the package.

​

Returned pieces must be brand new and not worn with tags in their original condition. Items that are damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be re-sent to the customer.

You may send it back to us via a tracked mail service at your own expense. Once we received the return, we will mail out the item to you with a courier fee.

What is your return & exchange policy after 7 days?

Any pieces will be sent back to you as we do not accept returns or exchanges after the 7 days postmark.

If more time is needed, please contact us at hello@lovelyrascals.com within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Can I exchange it for a different size? 

Yes, for sure! Kindly email us at hello@lovelyrascals.com to indicate your preferred size and we will process the exchange for you.

​

*Exchange piece(s) have to be in original and new condition, unworn and unwashed.
**Only one-time exchange per item and order.
***Subject to our stock availability.

What if the size is not available for exchange?

If the size you want is not available, we will give you store credits instead as we are unable to issue a cash refund. Our store credit has no expiry.

For example, if the item you bought costs SGD$100 we will issue you a store credit of SGD$100.

Can I exchange it for a different item?

Yes, of course! You may choose to switch to another design. 

​

If the item is of higher value, a top-up of the balance is required. If it is of a lower value we will refund the balance in the form of store credit.

Can I exchange sale items?

Unfortunately no. All sales in this category are final.

​

There are strictly no exchanges, no returns and no refunds for all sale items. Please check the size carefully before purchasing sale items.

What is store credit?

Refunds are only available in the form of store credit as we do not offer cash refunds.

​

Our store credit has no expiry date and will be at the value of the items bought. Shipping fees are excluded.

How do I use my store credit?

An email will be sent with a special code once your store credit is ready for your usage. You can use it at check-out which will reflect the value of your store credit. 

​

Kindly note that shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.
